Consultancy Services
Before you even start you need to know what you need. Obviously you know you need something, but exactly what that is may take some investigation.

It may be possible to complete this investigative process during a single meeting between our Senior Developer and your business. Sometimes this is a longer process where we need to spend some time identifying those areas within the business which may be inefficient or deficient in systems and/or management reporting capabilities.

Custom Software Solutions
After consultation with your business a detailed specification can be drawn up. Development of your custom software is done so with as much consultation with your business key people as you require.

It is possible for your specification to be clear enough that you may only need to be consulted a few times throughout the development process. In many cases, close consultation is carried out throughout the development process.

Once your custom solution is installed it can be added to and enhanced at any time. Such is the beauty of something you created yourself.

Database Design
To enable management reporting most solutions require a database. Each unique business scenario will have an ultimiate solution, consisting largely of one of the following:

> Stand alone custom database
> Off the shelf CRM with customisations
> Integrated custom database (e.g. MYOB integration)

We will work with your existing business systems or assist you in choosing the right solution for you.

Integration
We can provide seamless integration between existing systems (e.g. MYOB, CRM's, accounting systems) to the custom designed solution. Custom solutions can exist between more than one third party system.

Web Solutions
Where a business exists in more than one location without the ability to transfer large amounts of data via another method, web-based solutions are an excellent solution. Nationally and/or internationally based offices can access the same data in real-time. There is no need for costly installation at each site as a web-based system is accessed directly via the internet with a username and password.
